Education

Educational services provided for children with disabilities at the Educational Centers seek to increase the cognitive skills of each child and raise their awareness of various aspects, environment and systems surrounding them. They also aim to help a child to reach independence and self-reliance according to his individual capacities. Every child is designated an individual plan that is appropriate for his/her capabilities and child’s achievements are recorded in a follow-up sheet to follow his/her progress. This is ensured by an evaluation of child’s performance and recorded in an educational report sent to parents and then, a preliminary meeting is held involving staff members, a student and his parents, to discuss and provide the required plan and educational guidance to the family.

Education

These units are in effect special schools that render educational and academic services to handicapped children, in addition to therapeutic, psychological and rehabilitation programs, which cater to the mental capacity of each child.
